2025 UW Law Commencement Reception

Time: Reception 1–4 p.m.
Location: William H. Gates Hall

The reception will be an opportunity for you to bring your friends and family to the school to enjoy refreshments with staff, faculty and colleagues.

Note: Graduates RSVP on Canvas in spring quarter.

2025 UW Law Commencement Ceremony

Date: Monday, June 9, 2025
Time: 12 p.m.

Graduates will check in at 11 a.m. and line up at the Alaska Airlines Arena loading dock.

Location: Alaska Airlines Arena (Alaska Airlines Arena on Google Maps)

UW Law Commencement Details

Tickets: Guests will be required to present their Commencement tickets at the door the day of the event.
Parking: Bring pre-purchased parking permits with you. Parking is also available for same-day purchases in the E18 lot located north of the arena.
Event accommodations: To request disability accommodations for the ceremony, please contact lawstudentlife@uw.edu by Thursday, May 30.
Concession stands: Food and drinks will be available for purchase at the southwest concession stands from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

UW Commencement

The main UW Commencement ceremony is on June 14 at Husky Stadium. More information about this event is available from the UW Commencement website. You are welcome to participate in this ceremony, but it is not required.
