Program Requirements

GENERAL

Follow all of the steps outlined on the Concentration Tracks page.

Note that not all courses will be available each year.

WRITING REQUIREMENT

  1. For the drafting/experiential course, take at least one of the following:

  1. Begin with the three mandatory LBE Concentration track foundational courses in your 2L year:
  2. At least three of the following elective courses:

    Commercial & Real Property Transactions

    Corporate Structure & Governance

    Structural Transactions

    Employment & Compensation

    Intellectual Property

    Other Courses

    • Courses offered by the Foster School of Business, especially ENTRE courses counting towards the Technology Entrepreneurship Certificate program. Each course of this kind must be approved for credit toward the concentration track by a faculty advisor for this concentration track.
