GENERAL

Note that not all courses will be available each year.

WRITING REQUIREMENT

1. For the drafting/experiential course, take at least one of the following:
   • E511 Venture Capital Deals
   • E551 Law and Entrepreneurship
   • H570 Bio-Entrepreneurship and the Law

COURSE REQUIREMENT

1. Begin with the three mandatory LBE Concentration track foundational courses in your 2L year:
   • A515 Business Organizations
   • A517 Securities Regulations
   • E506 Business and Financial Literacy for Law Students
2. From the electives, prioritize from among the following:

   Corporate Structure & Governance

   • A536 Securities and Shareholder Litigation
   • A537 Taxation of Corporations, Partnerships, and LLCs
   • T511 Taxation of Partners and Partnerships

   Financial Services & Products

   • A569 Investment Funds and Managers Seminar
   • E502 White Collar Crime
