Credits:
3-4
Law has increasingly adopted the use of research methods from other fields, especially social and behavioral sciences. The results of such methods are routinely used to support legal arguments. In this seminar, we will take a practical approach to learning empirical research methods. Using the R programming language, we will go through the research process to provide students with a comprehensive toolset for future practice and research.
