Sustainable Business Law

This course deals with current international legal developments in environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives and the changing nature of corporate governance and corporate compliance in relation to sustainability. The course examines the roles of investors, consumers, policymakers, companies and NGOs in driving new corporate performance indicators in financial markets. At 2 credits, this class is taught as a Credit/No Credit directed reading course. At 4 credits it is taught a mastery graded course.
