LAW A 535 International Merger Control Seminar (PENDING APPROVAL)

This course focuses on the simultaneous review of mergers involving multinational companies under the antitrust laws of multiple, different jurisdictions around the world. Some 150 jurisdictions have competition laws that may apply to mergers, with differing legal standards and processes. We will focus in particular on the review of mergers in the US, EU, China and South Africa, and “hot topics” and emerging issues and trends
