Covers advanced procedural and substantive topics of trademark law including protection of trade dress, online trademark infringement, and global trademark protection including gray market issues. Students will write and present a research paper on a topic related to trademark law and policy. Prerequisite: P502 Trademark/Trade Secret Law or P567 Intellectual Property Survey.
