LAW A 592 Constitutional Law II

This course examines individual constitutional rights, primarily those involving the guarantees of due process and equal protection found in the 5th and 14th Amendments. The course focuses on the constitutionality of laws that classify people on the basis of race, sex, sexual orientation, and other bases, as well as laws that restrict abortion, contraception, sexual activity, and other individual freedoms.
