Drafting Intellectual Property Licenses

An advanced course in drafting and negotiating intellectual property license contracts. The course will cover the law and policy that underlies intellectual property licenses, and the objectives of typical license agreement provisions. It will provide practice in drafting clear and effective contracts for real-world transactions. Credit/No Credit grading.
