Immigration Law Clinic

Clinical training in immigration law under the supervision of members of the Law School faculty. The clinic offers a seminar component covering applicable immigration law and procedure, skills training and professional responsibility concerns. The clinic’s practice component will consist of students representing clients in deportation and political asylum cases. Open to second- and third-year students. Enrollment is limited to eight students. Students will be selected through an application process which will consist of a brief questionnaire and, in some cases, faculty interviews. When registering in Winter Quarter, students must commit to enrolling Spring Quarter. Offered on a credit/no credit basis. Pre- or co-requisite: A577 Immigration Law.
