Regulatory Environmental Law and Policy Clinic: This course examines the applied and theoretical dimensions of environmental rulemaking, with particular emphasis on the development of an administrative record. Students prepare written comments on pending rules proposed by governmental agencies. Pre-/Co-requisites: Administrative Law (A509) or Pollution Control (A527) or Natural Resources Law (B585).
