Not-for-Profit Organizations Clinic

This course provides students with an opportunity to represent a real client in setting up a non-profit organization and applying for tax-exempt status. Students will draft multiple documents such as articles of incorporation, applications for tax-exempt status, and client communications.
Pre-requisites: Basic Income Tax (A530); Tax-Exempt Organizations (T512) OR Law of Nonprofit Organizations (E514).
