Intensive Legal Writing Workshop

This course focuses on how the rhetorical situation of legal writing influences choices about grammar, syntax, sentence structure and paragraph structure. Students will learn to use structures that best serve law-trained readers’ needs for clear, concise, cohesive writing, and will practice critical reading skills and techniques for self- and peer-editing. Limited to 15 students. This class does not satisfy the advanced writing requirement.
