Criminal Justice Policy Seminar

This course provides an overview of key policy issues arising in the criminal justice system, such as mass incarceration, the victim’s rights movement, racial disparities, and wrongful conviction. It will consider the role of prosecutors and public defenders in contributing to or alleviating these problems, and how participants in the system can provide leadership in addressing them.
