This course examines the global concepts and mechanisms in the international taxation of multinational corporations, including the perspectives of both tax jurisdictions and multinational organizations like the OECD, as well as the companies themselves. Topics include transfer pricing, permanent establishment, tax treaties and tax arbitrage. The class will emphasize evolving trends, case studies and the practical application of international tax rules. No prerequisites.
