Comparative Commercial Law

This course examines commercial law from a comparative perspective. Using documents and business transactions representative of real-world practice, it considers core commercial law topics, including contracts, property, guarantees, secured transactions, and bankruptcy and compares the handling of those topics by seven major legal systems. Co-requisite: LAW A 544 Transnational Commercial Law.
