Deposition Practice

This course offers intensive training in the applicable law, strategy, skills, and techniques of deposition practice. The course combines traditional lectures and demonstrations with the case model developed by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. Students will have opportunities to prepare, take, and defend depositions, with substantial feedback and criticism. Offered on a credit/no credit basis.
