National Security Law Seminar

Seminar that explores cutting-edge issues in national security, including electronic surveillance and other investigative tools, as well as remedies for dealing with espionage, terrorism and other security threats, such as prosecution in federal court, in military commissions, and detention under the law of war. The basis for the grade in this class will be two short papers (40%); performance during a final exercise simulating a national security crisis (40%); and class participation (20%).
