Access To Justice Seminar

This course explores the Access to Justice Crisis facing America today. The impact of technology innovation and changes in the regulation of the legal profession are considered. Students identify a possible strategy to address a specific aspect of the Access to Justice Crisis then write a research paper describing the strengths and weaknesses of that strategy based on both legal research and other research methods such as interviews.
