LAW B 506 Conflicts Of Laws

Problems arising when litigation occurs in more than one forum or when one or more fact elements in a case occur in a jurisdiction other than the forum. More particularly, the course includes a study of the problems of recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments (state and nation) and choice-of-law problems in torts, contracts, property, family law, administration of estates, and business associations.
