A survey of the law governing gratuitous transfers of property during life and at death. Primary emphasis will be on the law of wills and intestate succession, trusts and fiduciary relationships, but consideration will also be given to disability planning, future interests, and common will substitutes such as life insurance, joint tenancy, and multiparty bank accounts.
