LAW E 526 Legal Empowerment for Post-Conviction Relief Seminar

Legal Empowerment is a global access-to-justice strategy wherein impacted individuals know, claim and shape their rights, with support. Partnering with a statewide non-profit of lawyers and formerly incarcerated navigators, students learn criminal law, procedures and skills for supporting post-conviction relief, including use of technology, plain-language content, and advocacy with system-actors. CR/NC Grading.
