Legal Problem Solving in the Corporate Context

This course will focus on the lawyer as problem-solver in advising corporate and business clients and, in particular, resolution of legal risks at the intersection of the duties of officers and directors, corporate governance, securities regulation, internal investigations, whistleblowers, alternative means of resolving disputes, and related issues.
