LAW B 508 Business, Social Responsibility and Human Rights Seminar

This course addresses business obligations to respect human rights. International human rights norms have historically constrained the behavior only of states. Human rights NGOs, investors, consumers, and governments have increasingly pressed businesses to address human rights, the environment, corruption, and other “social” concerns as part of their operations.
