LAW 200 American Law in Historical Perspective

This course explores the historical background and impact of fundamental institutions and concepts of American law that have undergone dramatic change within recent decades. Topics include the role of juries, liability for accidental harm, contractual obligation, criminal law, economic and moral regulation, and self- regulation by the organized bar.
