Using the UW Wireless Network

The UW's wireless network is fully accessible from within William Gates Hall. The wireless network's name is University of Washington and is unencrypted.

• In order to access non-UW websites and network resources via Wi-Fi, you will first need to login with your UW NetID credentials.
• Guest access to the wireless network is available through the Law Library Circulation desk. UW staff and faculty may also request a temporary NetID for their guests.
• Be sure you've properly secured your Windows-based laptop before using it on the UW wireless network.
