marked as tentative *Although every effort to accommodate your meeting is made, the Dean’s Office
reserves the prerogative to bump any meeting as needed. PLEASE - Provide your own beverages &
supplies - Clean up after yourself - Use waste receptacles in hallway outside Dean’s Suite - Wash

a UW Law sponsor who has met with Facilities or the Law Library to discuss security needs and entrance
staffing requirements. All non-law attendees must check in and out of the event and the sponsor must
ensure sufficient staffing to handle this process. - For L2 Student Commons events, the event sponsor
must check out an access keycard from Gates Hall Building Coordinator for elevator access to L2. - Event
lead must post signs around all impacted library areas, citing closure at least 48 hours in advance. -
If food & beverage are to be served, temporary bins must be rented from UW Recycling (fees
apply).
