Law Lecture Examines Korean Economic Development

The third installment of "Law Through Global Eyes Lecture Series", a UW School of Law lunchtime discussion series, will examine Rostow's economic growth theory and its successful implementation in Korean economic development. The lecture will be given by Dr. Chan Jin Kim, who served as an economic administrator under Korean President Chung-Hee Park, on Friday, November 13, 12:30-1:20 PM, Room 117 of William H. Gates Hall.

An alumnus of the UW School of Law (LL.M. '72), Kim worked 14 years under President Park, who is credited with helping to reform the Korean economy.

The "Law Through Global Eyes Lecture Series" is coordinated by the Asian Law Center.
