Margaret Ann Kolberg
As Program Coordinator, Margaret works under the direction of the Law School Registrar/Director of Academic Services, assisting in course registration, advising, creating/maintaining student records, course curriculum proposals to the UW Curriculum Committee, examination administration, coordinating textbook orders between faculty and the UW Bookstore as well as maintaining the Law School room reservations/master calendar, plus other day-to-day activities in the office. She enjoys the interaction with faculty, staff and students. Margaret was the recipient of the Mary F. Starr Staff Person of the Year award, 2009-2010.
Margaret came to the law school from the UW Police Department where she was the "front" office person and her previous experience has included administrative/clerical positions with the University of California-Riverside, Syracuse University, Pace University, WNPE-WNPI Public Television, Stark State College of Technology, University of Washington, University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and the Nebraska State Historical Society.
In her "spare" time, Margaret enjoys traveling, reading, going to the movies and most of all spending time with her husband, Persijs and their cat, Theodore Smiley, aka Teddy.
