Federal Tax Developments for Same-Sex Couples in Washington State

QLaw Foundation and the Graduate Program in Taxation are sponsoring this panel discussion designed to inform LGBT community members about how the U.S. Supreme Court's pending decision on the constitutionality of DOMA is affecting federal tax planning for same-sex couples. Panelists Wendy Goffe, Esq., and Marci Flanery, CPA, will discuss the future of DOMA, the income-splitting and filing options for same-sex spouses this tax season, and the tax landscape for same-sex spouses in Washington if DOMA is repealed.
