Marian Gould Gallagher Law Library

Hailed as the backbone of UW Law, the Marian Gould Gallagher Law Library is one of the largest law libraries west of the Mississippi. The Gallagher Law Library is widely recognized by legal researchers for its extensive collection and its outstanding staff. It is one of only ten depositories of printed US Supreme Court briefs and one of only two libraries with paper briefs from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. Together with its accomplished staff, comprehensive collection and variety of study spaces, the Gallagher Law Library provides law students with the ideal environment to nurture their legal education.
