Speaker to Present Proposed Treaty to Eradicate International Hunger
A proposed treaty that aims to eradicate hunger through international law, known as the International Food Security Treaty (IFST), will be presented by John Teton, founder and director of the IFST Campaign October 22 at 4 p.m. in Room 133.

Law School to Honor Student Ben Athay (1975-2007)
The UW School of Law will hold a memorial service honoring Benjamin Grant Athay Friday, October 12, 4-5 p.m., in Room 138 of William Gates Hall. Athay, who would have been a second-year law student, died unexpectedly September 1, 2007 as the result of an undetected brain hemorrhage.
