Mathiew Le is the assistant dean of admissions and financial aid at the University of Washington School of Law, where he oversees JD enrollment and financial aid. Dean Le earned his BA from the University of Texas at Austin and his JD from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in Columbus, where he was a senior editor for I/S: A Journal of Law and Policy for the Information Society. Prior to joining the University of Washington School of Law, Dean Le was the associate director of admissions and director of campus diversity at McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific in Sacramento, California. Dean Le has held numerous volunteer positions at both the state and national level, including cofounder and executive board member of the National Asian Pacific American Pre-Law Conference. He was a member of the University of Washington Diversity Council and currently volunteers his time with Seattle Education Access, a nonprofit providing educational advocacy for low-income and self-supporting youth in Washington State.
Dean Le first served LSAC as a member of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Issues Subcommittee. He has served as a member of the Annual Meeting and Educational Conference Planning Work Group and the New Admission Personnel and Faculty Members Workshop Planning Work Group. He was chair of the New Admission Personnel and Faculty Members Workshop Planning Work Group and then served as a member of the Services and Programs Committee. Dean Le is currently a member of the LSAC Board of Trustees and chair of the Services and Program Committee.
