Naomi Sanchez

Dean Sanchez came to the law school in August 2004. She previously served two years at the UW Business School as director of MBA Career Services. Sanchez leads the Office of Career Planning and Public Service and administers career guidance, public service, and recruiting. Sanchez's background includes positions as vice president for American Express, Vice Chancellor for Seattle Community College District, as Regional Representative for the U. S. Secretary of Education and as policy analyst for the Office of the Governor. In addition, Sanchez was formerly a member of the Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Tomorrow program, serves on the advisory board of the North American Moose Foundation, and was past president of the Japanese American Citizens League and Center for Career Alternatives.
