LAW P506 Transnational Intel Prop Law Theory & Practice

Study in comparative intellectual property law by a series of lectures, mock license agreement negotiation, and a mock trial. Course consists of a series of lectures at the University of Washington followed by a one-week intensive transnational seminar hosted by a law school in Asia or Europe.
