LAW E522 Advanced Constitutional Law: Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity

This course examines individual constitutional rights—primarily equal protection, due process, and freedom of expression—from a gay and transgendered rights perspective. Similar to Constitutional Law II, but with a narrower focus and greater depth. May be taken in addition to or in lieu of Constitutional Law II.
