  • CLEAR: Washington’s centralized intake, legal advice and referral service for low-income people seeking free legal assistance with civil legal problems outside of King County. 1-888-201-1014. Seniors over 60 should call 1-888-387-7111.
  • Washington 211: 2-1-1 is an easy-to-remember phone number for people to call for health and human service information and referrals and other assistance to meet their needs. 2-1-1 is the number to call to get a referral for free legal services in King County.

  • Team Child Record Sealing Clinic: 1st Wednesday of every month people can receive free help in sealing their juvenile records: www.teamchild.org/
