    UW Law Students Advance to National Moot Court Competition
    UW School of Law second-year law students Rob Misulich and Nick Williamson placed second in the regional finals of the 2009 Thomas Tang International Moot Court Competition and will advance to the national competition in Boston to be held in November.

    The UW School of Law welcomes Maryna Dymovich, a student from Belarus taking part in the U.S. Department of State's Edmund S. Muskie Graduate Fellowship Program. Dymovich is pursuing a graduate degree in Asian and Comparitive Law.

    Allison Schlilaty and Josh Doull, a third-year law student, were married Sept. 13, 2008, at the University of Washington Botanical Gardens.

    Folkloric dance troupes thriving in Toledo - La Prensa
    Elaina Hernández, of El Corazón de México dance troupe and daughter of the legendary Ray Soto, directed the group with her sister, Ann Marie Soto, now a law student at the University of Washington. Ann Marie operates her own troupe, Bailadores de Bronce.
