IP Seminar

CASRIP and Waseda's RCLIP (Research Center for the Legal System of Intellectual Property) co-sponsored a seminar December 15th. CASRIP/RCLIP invited leading IP scholars and practitioners from the U.S., Germany and Japan, which include Professors Jane Ginsburg (Columbia), Rochelle Dreyfuss (NYU), Michael Lehmann (Munich University) and The Hon. Peter Meier-Beck (German Supreme Court). Sean and I participated in the panel discussions which analyze the current fundamental IP principles from the innovation policy. The seminar was attended by 300 people including patent academics, attorneys and in-house counsels.
