The America Invents Act is the first major statutory change to Patent Laws in the United States in over 50 years. The Act fundamentally changes how patents will be procured, challenged, and enforced. Patent Overview session designed for corporate counsel, general practitioners, businesspeople, and others needing to get up-to-speed quickly on the changes to patent laws.
Cancellations received by end of business on Tuesday, December 6 will be entitled to a full refund. If you need to cancel after that time, you are welcome to send a substitute.
