UW School of Law Professors Anita Ramasastry and Walter Walsh recently
received a $2,500 grant to support the 2006 Early Fall Study Abroad Program.
The grant is funded by the Schwartz International Studies Endowment from the
UW Office of International Education.
This is the second year that Ramasastry and Walsh will teach law students
in Rome, Italy. Last year, law students joined undergraduates from the
Law Societies and Justice Program at the UW Rome Center for one month.
This year, Ramasastry and Walsh will work in collaboration with Professor
Michael McCann (Political Science) and undergraduate advisor Sabrina Tatta
(French and Italian Studies).
