• Professor Eric Schnapper's Latest Supreme Court Victory
  Professor Eric Schnapper has won his third case this year in the U.S. Supreme Court. In a unanimous ruling on Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway v. White, the court made it easier for workers to show they suffered retaliation after accusing employers of discrimination. (6/20/2006)
