Program Description
Spam messages are at best a nuisance for the many email users who have to click their way through their inboxes to discern what is worth keeping and what will land in the virtual recycle bin. However, senders of unsolicited emails not only clog inboxes, but may also damage the reputation of legitimate electronic marketers. Join us for a practical, nontechnical dialog with industry experts to learn how emerging legal issues may impact your business.
