Global Health Law Summer Institute Registration Information

The Global Health Law Summer Institute is a five-day conference. For those also attending the Center for Advanced Study & Research on Intellectual Property (CASRIP) Summer Institute on July 17, or those who may want a shorter conference, there is a three-day option available. Visa

Please apply for your visa early. Sometimes more than three months are necessary to process a visa. Be sure to include proof of financial support. Business attendees will need a Business Related B-1 visitor visa unless your home country participates in the visa waiver program. Please if you require a Letter of Invitation in order to apply for your visa.

Housing

A limited number of rooms in UW Housing dormitories on the campus have been reserved and will be released on a space-available basis. The housing rate, including two meals per day, is approximately $560 for single occupancy or $385 for double occupancy for 5 nights of housing. Housing reservation forms and online housing reservation information will be provided to you in an email registration confirmation. Participants may also arrange housing at hotels that are near the campus on a space-available basis. Hotel rooms are heavily booked during July. It is strongly recommended that you make hotel room reservations as soon as possible. Please for information about making reservations at the nearby hotels.
