Global Health & Justice Project

About Us

The Global Health and Justice (GHJ) Project at the School of Law is a multidisciplinary project encompassing academic and educational activities at the Law School, as well as field activities in developing countries in collaboration with the Seattle-based NGO, Uplift International. The mission of the project is two pronged. First, it seeks to educate graduate students at the UW in the area of individual and population health, human rights law and policy, and justice. Second, the program is committed to providing access and opportunities for students and faculty to participate in developing country program activities and research.
