Christy Ibrahim, J.D.
Ms. Ibrahim has been a part-time lecturer for the Center since 2000.  She teaches Disability Law.  She received her J.D. from the University of Washington in 1998.

Nancy S. Jecker, Ph.D.
Professor of Medical Ethics
Dr. Jecker is a Professor of Medical Ethics in the School of Medicine as well as an Adjunct Professor in both the School of Law and Department of Philosophy.  Dr. Jecker teaches a course entitled Justice in Health Care that is offered as an elective for the health law concentration track.  She also teaches Ethical Theory, Metaethical Theory, and Introduction to Bioethics.  She received her Ph.D. from the University of Washington after first earning Masters degrees in Philosophy from both the University of Washington and Stanford University.  Dr. Jecker has authored 87 articles and chapters on ethics and health care. Her articles have appeared in The Journal of the American Medical Association, The Hastings Center Report, Annals of Internal Medicine, The Journal of Medicine and Philosophy, and other publications.

Terry J. Price, J.D.
Mr. Price has been a part-time lecturer for the Center since 2003.  He teaches Mental Health and the Law; Beginning of Life and End of Life.  Mr. Price is currently an associate with Reed McClure practicing litigation concerning insurance defense matters.  He clerked for the Honorable Christine Quinn-Brintnall, Washington Court of Appeals, Division II.  He received his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law in 2001 and his M.A. from the Smith College School for Social Work in 1991. 

Peter A. Winn, J.D.
Mr. Winn has been a part-time lecturer for the Center since 2003.  He teaches Health Law: Fraud and Abuse and Privacy Law.  He also taught as an adjunct lecturer at Southern Methodist School of Law, and has been a visiting lecturer at the University of Melbourne.  Mr. Winn has served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Department of Justice.  His legal experience includes service as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the Texas Attorney General’s Office, work in private practice at corporate law firms in New York and Dallas, service as a staff attorney at the Securities and Exchange Commission.  He clerked for Federal District Judge James McMillan in the Western District of North Carolina. He received his J.D. from Harvard Law School, cum laude, in 1986, and his B.A. from Williams College, magna cum laude, in 1980. He also received an MPhil in Philosophy from the University of London where he studied as a Marshall Scholar from 1980 until 1983.
