Financial Aid
The University of Washington School of Law’s Commitment to
Institutional Aid
An important consideration in selecting a law school
is the availability of financial support. The University of Washington School
of Law recognizes that most students need financial assistance to meet the
costs of higher education, and strives to help eligible students meet
educational expenses through scholarships, loans and grants. Financial aid at
the University of Washington is based on need; all applicants need to complete the
Free Application for Federal Student Aid (the FAFSA) so that they can be
considered for assistance. Law School Scholarship applications are mailed to newly admitted students with
acceptance letters.
