  • 28th Annual Indian Law Symposium Reception

    As in past years, the 28th Annual University of Washington Indian Law Symposium includes comprehensive litigation and legislation updates and a number of topics of interest to a broad array of practitioners. 11.50 CLE Credits are approved (includes 1.25 Ethics CLE Credits).

  • Entrepreneurship & Business Start-ups - What You Need to Know

    This 90 minute CLE gives an overview of some of the most important issues that entrepreneurs face when starting a business, including choosing an entity, funding, protecting their intellectual property, addressing employment matters, and considering tax implications. This presentation is aimed at general business practitioners who represent individuals in their entrepreneurial endeavors. Two case studies will be discussed in order to better contextualize the presentation. 1.50 General CLE Credits are approved in Alaska and Washington.
