This seminar will address the legal needs of lesbian, gay, bi-sexual and transgendered youth. Topics may include: 1) educational advocacy; 2) legal consequences within the parent-child relationship; 3) access, consent and right to refuse physical and mental health services; and 4) accessing services for homeless and foster youth.
