The European Union constitution adopted in the Lisbon Reform Treaty: history, values, and objectives; EU institutions and finances; economic, political, and constitutional competences; citizenship and democracy; human rights and fundamental freedoms; common foreign policy; security and defense; amending the constitution. Interdisciplinary graduate and advanced undergraduate students welcome; no prerequisites.
